Exhibitor Booth Personnel
Each exhibiting company is entitled to a specific number of
complimentary Exhibitor Booth Personnel badges depending on
booth size (see table below). These badges are intended for
company representatives assisting at your booth. The booth
personnel badge entitles the bearer to full access to the
main exhibit hall for booth staffing, booth construction/tear-down
and food functions inside the exhibit hall. PLEASE NOTE THESE
BADGES DO NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION TO THE OPENING RECEPTION OR
GALA SHOWCASE AND DINNER. TICKETS TO THESE EVENTS MAY BE PURCHASED
SEPARATELY. For full access to all events, Full Exhibitor
Registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate; this
information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

If your company requires more booth personnel passes than
provided above, you may purchase the passes individually (see
table below for pricing). Forms for these purchases will be
included in the Exhibitor Service Manual, which you will receive
60-90 days before the convention. Again, if booth personnel
plan to attend all convention events, they must purchase a
full registration. Full Exhibitor Registration includes admission
to all concurrent sessions, admission to the exhibit hall
during scheduled show hours, all food functions in the exhibit
hall, one ticket to the Opening Reception and one ticket to
the Gala Showcase and Dinner.

Registered individuals can only pick up their badges on-site
at the registration desk, located in the convention center.
Please note the registration hours previously mentioned
in this material—exhibitors who arrive after hours run
the risk of not being able to enter the exhibit hall until
the following day once registration has reopened.
Exhibitor badges are non-transferable and must be
worn at all times, including set-up and dismantling.
For security reasons, non-exhibitor personnel will only be
permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall during show hours. Registered
exhibitors will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall up to one hour
before the listed show time and may remain in the hall up
to one hour after closing time. As a courtesy to convention
attendees and fellow exhibitors, all exhibiting companies
are expected to open their booths promptly each day and staff
them throughout the duration of the show. Any exhibitor
shutting down and packing up their booth before the conclusion
of the Exhibition will automatically be placed last in the
selection/assignment of their 2007 booth. After June 9, 2006,
registrations and changes to exhibit staff must be made on-site;
representatives registering on-site will be required to complete
an on-site registration form.

Hospitality Suites and Hosted/Sponsored Functions
Any type of sponsored function by an exhibitor (including
Hospitality Suites) will only be permitted for exhibitors
in good financial standing with NAMB. Companies interested
in reserving a hospitality suite at the hotel should contact
Jason Hawthorne Petty (jpetty@namb.org).
Exhibitors are not permitted to display equipment or products
or to conduct product demonstrations in suites or sleeping
rooms during NAMB 2006.
NOTE: Any type of sponsored function by an exhibitor
(including Hospitality Suites) is NOT permitted during
official NAMB sponsored activities (sessions, exhibit
hall, opening reception and gala, etc.). NAMB has attempted
to leave ample time open to avoid conflicting events, giving
each activity maximum support. Exhibitors are only
permitted to begin operation of hosted events after 5:00pm
on Saturday, June 24 or after 6:30pm on Sunday, June 25, 2006.
Any company found in violation will immediately have their
2006 convention booth closed and be given last selection/assignment
for the 2007 convention.
For tracking purposes, all hosted events must be
registered with Jason Hawthorne Petty (jpetty@namb.org)
in the NAMB Meetings Department no later than June 2, 2006.
Hotel Door Drops
Companies wishing to have an item(s) delivered to each sleeping
room of the official NAMB Convention Hotels must first be
approved in writing by the NAMB Meetings Department/Jason
Hawthorne Petty. There are no exceptions to this rule. Any
company found in violation will immediately have their 2006
convention booth closed and be given last selection/assignment
for the 2007 convention. All submissions must be submitted
no later than 5:00pm, Friday, June 9, 2006.
Upon approval from the Meetings Department, the exhibitor
will be given details as to making arrangements with convention
hotels. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility for any
direct costs incurred with each hotel including the shipping
of item(s) to hotel property.
Note: No hotel door drop item may be an item that
already exists as a paid NAMB sponsorship or is similar to
a NAMB sponsorship (such as bottled water, tote bags, chances
to win a car, etc.). Any company found in violation will immediately
have their 2006 convention booth closed and be given last
selection/assignment for the 2007 convention.
