While NAMB and its state affiliates take steps to ensure that mortgage professionals who hold the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval are of the highest caliber in the industry, a mortgage professional's past performance is not a guarantee of future conduct.

NAMB has gone to extreme lengths to develop an Ethics and Professional Standards review process to which ALL members must adhere to. Any member of NAMB found to be in violation of NAMB's Ethics, Lending Integrity Seal of Approval, or Best Business practices will be subject to immediate actions/sanctions that may include expulsion from the association and the immediate rescinding of all rights to use the NAMB Lending Integrity Seal of Approval.
