How to Join NAMB - Residential Members

NAMB is a professional association, so its roster is comprised of individual members, not mortgage companies. We are proud to have reciprocal membership agreements with our affiliated state associations across the country. This means that our residential mortgage professional members join by first contacting their local affiliated state association. Your state and national dues are collected as a single fee by the state. Then, the national portion is forwarded to us. These working relationships mean added benefits to our members through extensive networking opportunities with other industry professionals in your area. Commercial Mortgage Professionals join directly with NAMB. (See "How to Join NAMB - Commercial Mortgage Professionals" below for more information.)
