The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) Awards are designed to honor and celebrate individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional service, leadership, and commitment to the mortgage industry. While NAMB takes great care in the administration of the nomination and selection process, the following terms apply:

Subjectivity of Awards

  • The evaluation and final selection of award recipients are conducted by a panel of appointed judges based on criteria established by NAMB. These judgments are inherently subjective, and as such, decisions made are final and not subject to appeal.

No Guarantee of Outcome

  • Submission of a nomination does not guarantee receipt of an award. NAMB reserves the right to withhold an award in any category if no candidate sufficiently meets the criteria.

Accuracy of Submissions

  • Nominations and supporting materials must be complete and accurate. NAMB is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted information and assumes no liability for any misinformation provided by nominators or nominees.

Right to Disqualify

  • NAMB reserves the right to disqualify any nomination or revoke an award if it is determined that information submitted was falsified or if the nominee is found to have engaged in conduct inconsistent with the values and mission of NAMB.

Promotional Use

  • By accepting a NAMB Award, recipients agree that their name, likeness, and award-related materials may be used by NAMB for promotional purposes, including but not limited to press releases, website content, and social media.

Non-Endorsement

  • Receipt of a NAMB Award does not imply endorsement of the recipient’s business practices, products, or services by NAMB.
