8-Hour 2023 Florida Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Course
Join the National Association of Mortgage Brokers for our Florida specific continuing education course, 8-Hour 2023 Florida Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Course virtually on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 8am - 5pm ET.
This eight-hour NAMB course is designed to provide attendees with a review of TILA, RESPA, TRID and ECOA Examination Findings; an overview of Anti-Money Laundering requirements, the Red Flag Rules and Social Media Compliance and a discussion of ARMs, Temporary Buydowns and Seller Financing.
In addition, this course covers the 1-hour Florida specific required continuing education. This one-hour Florida SAFE elective is a detailed overview of FS 494, Florida’s Mortgage Brokerage and Lending Law, as well as 69V-40, Florida's Administrative Rules. In addition, a review of recently passed FS494 changes will be discussed.
