This classroom course (NMLS Approved Course ID 18874) satisfies the eight hours of 2026 annual continuing education required of individuals maintaining a state-issued mortgage loan originator (MLO) license.
Cost is $12 for NAMB Professional and Associate Members; $79 for NAMB Newly Licensed and Explorer Members and $100 for Non-Members.
Within this course, students will spend time reviewing required topics, including:
- Three hours on federal mortgage-related laws
- Two hours on ethics, fraud, and consumer protection
- Two hours on lending standards related to nontraditional mortgage products
- One hour on elective content
