To help you make the most of every moment, here's everything you need to plan ahead and prepare. Get ready — this is going to be an unforgettable event!

2. 🏨 Hotel Reservations — Book Your Room Today! Caesars Palace is where the action is, and you won't want to miss a moment! We encourage you to share the following booking information with your team and attendees so everyone can secure their spot at group rate.

- Phone Reservations: Guests who prefer to call may reach the Reservation Center at 866-227-5944. Please note that a processing fee per reservation will be charged for phone bookings. Callers should reference group name NAMB 2026 Annual Conference or group code SCNAM6.
- ⚠️ Room Block Deadline: Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Reservations at the group rate must be made by this date. After September 23, the group rate will only be available based on hotel availability — so don't wait!
3. 🎟️ Booth Staff Registration — Opening May 2026! Start planning your team now! Booth staff registration will open in May 2026. Each single booth includes up to 10 complimentary staff registrations, with an additional 10 per each extra booth space purchased. We'll share the registration link as soon as it goes live!
4. 👥 Attendee Registration — Opening May 2026! Attendee registration will also open in May 2026 — and here's the best part: NAMB's general admission discount code NN26FREE zeros out the registration fee.
